The Oilfield Facilities Series is designed to help E&P onshore wellsite facilities and production engineers manage a system of equipment installed at or near an oil or gas well to process raw hydrocarbons as they come out of the ground, making them ready for transport, storage, or further refining. These facilities are critical in the early stages of production and are designed based on the type of hydrocarbon (oil, gas, or both), well pressure, fluid composition, and production rate.
